**Chemist Job Description**

**Position**: Chemist

**Location**: Jalgaon, Maharashtra

**Working in Shifts**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Chemical Analysis & Documentation**: Conduct precise chemical analysis and titration, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required by industry standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and monitor rigorous quality testing protocols to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications.
- **Operational Oversight**: Lead and manage electroplating operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with company standards and ISO procedures.
- **Manpower Management**: Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians and operators, providing direction and support to optimize workflow and productivity.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure all electroplating processes are performed in accordance with safety regulations, particularly in the handling and management of chemicals.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the plating department, contributing to the enhancement of quality systems and operational efficiency.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelors in B.Sc Chemicals, M.Sc Chemicals or related degree in electroplating.
- **Industry Experience**: 1-5 years of hands-on experience in electroplating, with a strong foundation in plating processes and quality management.
- **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, with strong organizational skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in chemical analysis and titration, with a thorough understanding of ISO procedures and quality assurance practices.
- **Work Ethic**: Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a rotational shift environment.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
