**Key Responsibilities**
- **Surgical Care**: Perform a range of surgeries, including general, abdominal, and trauma surgeries, following integrative oncology protocols.
- **Postoperative Care**: Monitor recovery, manage complications, coordinate with nursing, and ensure effective pain management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (oncologists, anesthetists) for comprehensive patient care.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed patient records and follow hospital compliance standards.
- **Patient Counseling**: Communicate procedures and recovery plans empathetically with patients and families.
- **Training**: Mentor junior doctors and RMOs in surgical practices.
- **Research**: Contribute to research and quality improvements in surgical protocols and patient outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- MBBS and MS in General Surgery.
- 2+ years of surgical experience; oncology experience preferred.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
