**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced **Solar PV Installation Helper Trainer** to train students in the fundamentals of solar photovoltaic (PV) system installation. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on and theoretical training, ensuring students gain the necessary skills to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on **Solar PV system installation** for students.
- Provide **hands-on demonstrations** on mounting, wiring, and commissioning of solar panels.
- Train students on **safety protocols, tools, and best practices** in solar PV installation.
- Explain **basic electrical concepts, system design, and maintenance** of solar power systems.
- Assess students’ progress through **practical tests and evaluations**.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and **government regulations**.
- Assist in curriculum development and **training material preparation**.
- Stay updated with **new solar technologies and industry trends**.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Experience** in solar PV installation, electrical work, or renewable energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of **solar panel setup, wiring, and troubleshooting**.
- Prior **training or teaching experience** is preferred.
- Understanding of **safety procedures and electrical codes**.
- Good **communication and presentation** skills.
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in **Solar PV installation** (if applicable).
- ITI/Diploma in **Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field**.
- Experience in **fieldwork and training**.

**Note: Travel to different cities across Gujarat** as per training requirements for short durations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
