
Telephone Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional **Telephone Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. As an Admission Telecounsellor, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students via phone, providing them with detailed information about our academic programs, answering queries, and guiding them through the admissions process. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience for potential students and supporting the institution’s enrollment goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Student Engagement**:
- Initiate and respond to outbound and inbound calls to prospective students, parents, and guardians.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding admission requirements, programs, deadlines, and campus facilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students interested in applying, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Counseling & Guidance**:
- Understand prospective students’ academic interests and goals, and recommend appropriate programs or courses.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication throughout the admission process.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all prospective students.
- Address concerns or challenges applicants face and provide solutions or direct them to appropriate departments.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the Admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as Marketing and Financial Aid) to ensure seamless communication and a smooth admissions process.
- **Performance Metrics**:
- Meet or exceed telecounselling targets for outbound calls, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while engaging with potential students.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in telecounselling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Experience in the education sector or admissions is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with prospective students and parents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **Attributes**:
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
