Our latest product, Kharcha, is designed to streamline invoicing and accounting procedures by seamlessly integrating with accounting software. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive in the Operations department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data verification and maintenance for the Kharcha launch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Data Verification**: Review and verify data accuracy of invoices generated by Kharcha before they are transferred to accounting software.
- ** Back Office Support**: Serve as a back office support for the Kharcha launch, managing administrative tasks related to data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
- ** Accuracy Maintenance**: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in order to prevent errors and discrepancies in invoice data and accounting information.
- ** Process Improvement**: Continuously identify opportunities to improve data verification and integration processes, suggesting enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- ** Communication**: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including the technical and customer support teams, to address any issues or discrepancies in the data verification process.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data verification, data entry, or back office operations.
- Familiarity with accounting software systems and invoicing processes is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills.
- Has working knowledge of Tally
