Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and timely stenographic transcription of meetings, interviews, and other recordings.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection protocols.
- Assist in other projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a stenographer or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in shorthand and typing speed of [insert minimum words per minute].
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
**Education**:
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree
- Certification in stenography or related field is preferred.
**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
