**Job Title**: Spare Parts Executive
**Location**: Agra
**Department**: After Sales / Service
**Reports To**: Parts Manager / Service Head

**Job Summary**:
The Spare Parts Executive is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of parts for service operations, and coordinating with suppliers and customers. The role involves inventory control, order processing, parts sales, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify parts requirements based on job cards and service schedules.
- Coordinate with the service and workshop teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Handle inward and outward stock movement with proper documentation.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor slow and fast-moving items.
- Issue spare parts as per request and record all transactions in the system.
- Place orders with vendors/suppliers and follow up for timely deliveries.
- Assist customers at the counter for retail spare parts sales and provide necessary technical support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on parts inventory, sales, and consumption.
- Maintain an organized and clean spare parts store/warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in handling parts.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Graduate (preferably in Mechanical/Automobile field)
- **Experience**: 1-5 years of experience in spare parts management (Automobile or Equipment industry preferred)
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of spare parts cataloging and identification
- Inventory management and stock control
- Basic understanding of mechanical components
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
