**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver Physics lessons for Cambridge Board senior classes (IGCSE/AS Level) in a clear, engaging, and interactive manner.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the Physics curriculum and lesson plans.
- Assess and monitor students' progress through regular assignments, tests, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment for all students, encouraging active participation and inquiry-based learning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.
- Support the overall academic goals of the school and contribute to extracurricular activities related to Physics.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the science department to integrate interdisciplinary learning.
- Ensure that students are well-prepared for examinations through structured revision and practical-based learning.
- Promote the importance of Physics and encourage students to develop an interest in scientific inquiry and exploration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Physics education and Cambridge curriculum updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) from a recognized university.
- A B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Cambridge International school or similar educational setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge IGCSE/AS-Level Physics curriculum.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students and create a nurturing and productive classroom atmosphere.
- Proficiency in the use of technology and digital tools for teaching.
