**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Office Administrator, or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative activities of the office
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain and organize filing systems, databases, and office records
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting
- Ensure the office environment is organized and stocked with necessary supplies
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up action
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
