**Description**: ITBM Senior Developer is responsible for implementing and or maintaining ServiceNow SPM (Formerly ITBM) modules and accompanying integrations. He should have a deep understanding of the various Applications within SPM.

**Role Responsibilities**:
Must have working experience in ServiceNow SPM (Formerly ITBM) modules - Performance Analytics, Demand Management, Resource Management, Innovation Management, Project Portfolio Management, Scenario Planning, Roadmap Planning, SAFe, Agile De velopment, Application Portfolio Management & Digital Portfolio Management

Expertise with leading and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.

Understanding of the Coding Best Practices and testing processes based on both Agile and Waterfall method ologies

Expertise in System integration work by utilizing web services and other technologies like XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST SOAP

Lead a Team of Developers workin g on SPM Applications by providing coding standards and review to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.

Work on daily activities like the resolution of incidents, changes & analyze and resolve of problem tickets

Create the technica l, functional, and training documentations and release notes.

Strong collaboration with stakeholders including internal customers, stakeholders, and vendors to understand challenges and gain consensus on improved system and operational solutions

ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (preferred) # Service Now Implementation Specialist Certification - PPM, APM (preferred).
