**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Fitters with the assembly, installation, and repair of mechanical components.
- Help Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas.
- Clean and organize work areas and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions and complete tasks as directed by senior technicians.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform general labor duties as needed.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
