**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Deliver high-quality lessons in English, focusing on both language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening and literature).
- Create detailed lesson plans, and engaging activities aligned with the curriculum.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods such as lectures, group discussions, interactive activities, and multimedia resources to engage students and enhance learning.
- Encourage students to analyse texts critically and develop strong written and oral communication skills.
- **Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring**:

- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and performance.
- Track student progress and offer additional support to struggling students, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for improvement.
- **Curriculum Development & Planning**:

- Contribute to the design and implementation of the English curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards.
- Adapt teaching materials and strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Integrate modern technology, literature, and multimedia resources to enrich lessons.
- **Professional Development**:

- Keep up to date with the latest trends in English education and teaching methodologies.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the Head of the English Department, other teachers, and school staff to improve educational outcomes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, English Education, Literature, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Teaching certification or relevant qualification.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching English at secondary/primary school level (or relevant teaching experience).
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of English language and literature across various genres and periods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to improve their language and writing skills.
- Experience in creating and implementing innovative lesson plans and educational activities.
- Familiarity with using digital tools and educational technology for teaching and learning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Passionate about teaching and the English language.
- Patient, approachable, and skilled in adapting to various learning styles.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
