**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Pharmacist in dispensing prescription and non-prescription medicines.
- Provide information and guidance to customers on the proper use of medications and general health products (under pharmacist supervision).
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, sales, and stock.
- Manage inventory: receive, unpack, and store pharmaceutical supplies.
- Label medicines and package prescriptions for customers.
- Process billing, handle cash/card transactions, and maintain point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, health & safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked pharmacy environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining patient profiles.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries in a professional manner.

- Basic knowledge of medicines and healthcare products.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
- Certification/Diploma in Pharmacy Assistance or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a pharmacy or retail healthcare setting is an advantage.
