The Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring that the store has adequate stock levels to meet customer demand and also ensure customer satisfaction in terms of both product sale and Grooming Expectations. The position involves maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, processing orders, receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that the store is clean and organized.

Locations: Chennai and Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and process shipments of merchandise, ensuring that items are correctly labeled and accounted for.
- Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed, priced, and labeled.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer software systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Assist with ordering and purchasing of merchandise from suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with locating and purchasing products.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow all safety and security procedures and report any safety hazards or incidents.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in inventory management or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a high end retail or warehouse environment, with experience in inventory management and control.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management best practices.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
