In collaboration with Marketing Manager, Project Managers & other teams the Marketing Assistant is responsible for developing company imageries and delivering a powerful and consistent brand. This will be achieved via Offline & Online form and by leveraging Design, Communication ability with great attention to details.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assessing the results of a marketing campaign & create reports on campaign performance
- Assisting the Manager in writing reports and analyzing data
- Coordinating with Associations & Media Barters for Promotion of the show
- Communicating with clients
- Coordinate any third party marketing services
- Coordinating supplies for shows
- Design, build and maintain social media presence
- Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns
- Knowledge of ATL & BTL activities
- Maintain brand standards and style
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
- Manage AdWords campaigns
- Manage execution of materials with vendors
- Monitor, organize and control inventory of corporate & show brochures
- Order and track inventory of promotional items making recommendations as needed.
- Organize and update mailing lists for corporate events
- Organize corporate video library, controlling inventory and updating video list
- Participate in event planning.
- Support Brand/Project Managers in various marketing activities
- Track RSVPs for corporate events/exhibitions
- Update and analyze data
- Writing online content/copy for social media, etc

**Qualifications:

- Specialisation in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Ad Words campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online & Offline marketing and measurement
- Exceptional in proof reading
- Ability to work independently
- Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills
- Demonstrated initiative
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges
- Experience working in Exhibition/Event/Advertising industry is a plus
