We are hiring for the following roles:
1. Sales Executive:

- Number of Positions: 10
- Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
- Responsibilities:

- Assist property owners in renting out their flats.
- Showcase flats to potential customers and address their queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their rental

experience.

2. Marketing Executive:

- Number of Positions: 10
- Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
- Responsibilities:

- Identify vacant flats in the specified areas.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of vacant flats.
- Share the collected data with the internal team for processing and customer

allocation.

3. Services Executive:

- Number of Positions: 5
- Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
- Responsibilities:

- Handle all rental flat documentation and agreements.
- Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of legal and rental paperwork.
- Address and resolve any documentation-related issues promptly.

Location : Delhi,Ranchi,Patna

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalalpur, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
