As an IELTS/PTE (Pearson Test of English) Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students preparing for the IELTS and/or PTE exams. Your role will involve designing and implementing effective teaching strategies to help students improve their English language skills and achieve their desired scores in the exams. Additionally, you will provide guidance, support, and feedback to students to enhance their learning experience and ensure their success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting classes and workshops to teach English language skills required for the IELTS/PTE exams, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Developing lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the specific needs and proficiency levels of individual students.
- Administering practice tests to assess students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them enhance their language skills and exam performance.
- Utilizing a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies to engage students and facilitate effective learning.
- Creating a supportive and motivating learning environment conducive to student success and achievement.
- Monitoring and tracking students' performance and attendance to ensure accountability and progress.
- Collaborating with colleagues and management to continuously improve the curriculum, teaching methods, and overall quality of instruction.
- Keeping abreast of developments and updates in the IELTS/PTE exams and incorporating relevant changes into teaching materials and practices.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with students, addressing their concerns, and providing ongoing support and encouragement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL), Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as an IELTS/PTE trainer or English language instructor, preferably in a similar educational setting.
- Excellent command of the English language, including proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Strong understanding of the IELTS/PTE exam format, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching approaches and strategies based on individual student needs and learning styles.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia tools for teaching and learning purposes.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
