**Job Brief**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the recruitment, delivery, and account management teams to ensure seamless recruitment operations and timely placements.

**Job Requirements and Skills**
- **Education**: B.tech, Any Degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 0-3 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role within the IT staffing industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with mínimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- **Work Hours**: Must be available to work during night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM IST) from Monday to Friday.
