**Job Title**: High School Coordinator

**Location**: Era International School, Anantapur, CBSE

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the high school department, ensuring academic excellence and student success
- Develop and implement curriculum plans, syllabi, and assessments for grades 6-10
- Collaborate with teachers to develop innovative teaching methods and strategies
- Conduct regular meetings with teachers to review student progress, provide feedback, and set goals
- Monitor student attendance, grades, and behavior, and address any concerns or issues
- Develop and implement programs to promote student engagement, motivation, and well-being
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports diversity and inclusivity
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with CBSE guidelines and regulations, and ensure compliance in all areas

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a CBSE school as a teacher or coordinator
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students to learn
- Passion for innovative teaching methods and technologies
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation
- Knowledge of educational technology and its integration into the classroom
- Leadership experience in a high school setting

Prefer: Mostly the northern India
