Financial Project Controller

**Family Description**

Finance (FI) comprises all finance and control activities, external and internal reporting, and capital allocation processes. Provides services in the area of financial planning, accounting, controlling, reporting, performance management, tax, investor relations, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions.

**Subfamily Description**

Customer & Project Controlling (CPC) comprises the strategic business controlling to drive market / customer / project financial performance. Covers provision of decision support to sales and project teams including customer business case support and analysis. Contains financial planning, reporting, and analysis for customer / project organisation.

Manages end-to-end accounting controlling for customer projects for all BG’s, being the main point of contact for project accounting matters with all stakeholders.
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining projects in the ERP system.
- Supports PM/PMO organization to understand the accounting impacts in the project actuals and forecast.
- Assess updates in the accounting treatment of projects in the execution phase and prepare material for approval.
- Ensures project adherence to RRB decisions.
- Responsible for the correctness of the actual reporting of sales, cost, and balance sheet items.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling the Project balance sheet and performing Netting exercise.
- Contributes to order backlog verification for the assigned project(s)
- Ensures compliance with Nokia accounting principles, reporting guidelines, processes, tools, and internal controls within the project.
- Provide information to Internal and external auditors on project financials.
- Supports PM on Project Forecast and Project Performance Review.

**Qualification and experience**
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience in Controlling at international company (Telecommunication industry is advantage)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Accounting, Analysis and Controlling.
- Fluent command of business English (both written and spoken).
- Outstanding team player with excellent networking, communication skills having service oriented, remarkably pro
- active mindset.
- Ability to work across boundaries and in virtual/cross-functional teams.
- Good presentation skills in both formal and informal settings & ability to interact with financial service recipients.
