**Primary Responsibility / Reason for the role**
- Daily Tracking
- Courier bills checking
- Day book reconciliation
- Day to day Dispatches
- Battery daily charging
- Checking inward materials
- Checking outward Materials
- Ensure Zero dispatch error
- Space management
- Inward checking (Order & Sales return) includes inward document filing, Discrepancy intimation (excess, shortage, damage etc), and package weight details.
- Space management (for inward orders unloading, packing area, rearranging the materials for additional space etc) - arranging the materials in Bins within a day
- Responsibility for receiving the indent (includes indent filing, coordinating with the person who is responsible for indent and respective dept for forward execution and daily status report.
- Outward - Indent taking (includes materials taking, packing, weight details intimation to the person who is generating the waybill within the cut off time)
- Courier person pickup time maintenance and on time intimation to team if there is any deviation.
- Preparing Good Receipt Note (GRN) & Order or SRN intimation through mail the same day.
- Verifying the packages for any damage & intimating to import manager for corrective action
- To interact with all the dept for advance indent and to understand the urgency of the indents
- this is to avoid last minute rush and confusions
- In case of delay or last-minute dispatch, arrange to deliver in courier office
- Ensuring that all Material Handling Equipment are in good working condition
- Ensuring good housekeeping, 5S and Safety Management in stores.
- Perpetual Inventory on rotational basis.
- Daily reconciliation based on the day book
- Generate E way bill & Airwaybill for Transport and Courier services
- Coordinate with transporters for the dispatch of materials and share dispatch intimation to our dept / customer immediately after shipment
- Ensure proper statutory documentation requirements
- Responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
