**Job Title**: Security Guard

**Working Hours**: 12-Hour Shift (Day/Night Rotation)
**Employment Type**: Full-time (Company Payroll - No Agency)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guard the factory premises and ensure overall security at all times.
- Conduct regular round checks within and around the premises.
- Monitor and control the entry/exit of manpower and visitors.
- Maintain security-related registers (visitor log, shift register, etc.).
- Report any suspicious activity or safety hazards to concerned authorities.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to security protocols at the entry gate.

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and alert.
- Prior experience in industrial/factory security preferred.
- Willingness to work both day and night shifts on rotation.

**Experience: A relevant experience of minimum 1 years**
