Roles & Responsibilty

1. Data Entry

Input Data: Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.

Update Records: Modify or update existing data as needed.

Verify Data: Ensure that data entered is accurate and complete.

2. Data Management

Organize Information: Arrange and categorize data in a systematic manner.

Maintain Data Integrity: Monitor and correct discrepancies or errors in data.

Backup Data: Regularly back up data to prevent loss.

3. Data Review and Quality Control

Review Data: Examine data for accuracy and completeness before entry.

Conduct Quality Checks: Perform routine checks to ensure data meets quality standards.

Correct Errors: Identify and rectify data entry errors or inconsistencies.

4. Documentation and Reporting

Generate Reports: Create reports based on the entered data as required.

Document Procedures: Maintain documentation of data entry processes and procedures.

5. Communication

Liaise with Departments: Coordinate with other departments to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.

Respond to Inquiries: Address data-related queries from team members or management.

6. Data Security

Protect Confidentiality: Ensure that sensitive information is handled securely.

Follow Protocols: Adhere to data protection regulations and organizational policies.

7. Administrative Support

Assist with Office Tasks: Provide support for general administrative tasks as needed.

Manage Files: Organize and maintain physical or digital files related to data.

8. Continuous Improvement

Suggest Improvements: Recommend process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new tools and technologies that could improve data management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
