**Location**: Noida Sector 125
**Qualification**: Graduate / Postgraduate
**Salary**: Negotiable (Depends upon the interview) and Experience
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations.
- Create and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate leads and build relationships.
- Provide clients with property listings, market analysis, and professional advice.
- Organize and conduct property showings, open houses, and meetings with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns clients may have.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
