**Job Title**: Marketing Executive - Tiles, Bath Fittings & Sanitary Ware

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Marketing Manager

**Job Objective**:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and market presence of the company’s Tiles, Bath Fittings, and Sanitary Ware products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and approach them for company products (Tiles, Bath Fittings, Sanitary Ware).
- Conduct market research and prepare competitor analysis reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their requirements and providing suitable solutions.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Follow up on orders and coordinate to ensure timely delivery.
- Actively participate in company marketing campaigns.
- Collect client feedback and provide inputs for product/service improvement.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Knowledge of Tiles, Bath Fittings, and Sanitary Ware market is preferred
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in building materials, tiles, or sanitary ware industry

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of new clients generated
- Sales volume and revenue achieved
- Client satisfaction and retention

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
