Visa Filling Officer Job Profile

Key Responsibilities
- **Document Management**: Collecting, verifying, and ensuring accuracy of all required supporting documents.
- **Information Management**: Entering applicant information into visa systems and maintaining accurate records.
- **Liaison**: Communicating with clients, immigration authorities, and other stakeholders.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Filing, scanning, and organizing documents, as well as managing updates to visa records.

Essential Skills
- **Attention to Detail**: Crucial for accurately reviewing documents and data.
- **Customer Service**: To provide support and guidance to applicants.
- **Knowledge of Immigration Law**: Staying updated with the latest policies and regulations.
- **Document Verification**: To ensure the authenticity and correctness of submitted information.
- **Communication Skills**: To effectively interact with applicants and other parties involved.

Must Have knowledge of APR portal and GC Key.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
