Loose Diamond Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:_
- Identify potential customers and promote loose diamond sales.
- Offer detailed product knowledge and guidance on diamond attributes to customers.
- Build strong client relationships for high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and new diamond products.
- Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher to 3 years of Sales Executive experience in diamonds.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Passion for diamonds and expertise in characteristics and grading.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Relationship-building skills with clients.
- Proficient in negotiation and closing deals.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
