Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate and activity-based learning experiences that promote curiosity, communication, and foundational skill development.

Create a joyful, safe, and hygienic classroom environment conducive to learning and play.

Use a blend of storytelling, music, art, role play, and hands-on activities to make learning fun and meaningful.

Observe, assess, and document children’s growth and progress across developmental domains.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and classroom activities.

Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.

Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to maintain smooth classroom functioning.

Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma / Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)

Graduate degree (any stream) preferred

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pre-primary teaching (preferably in CBSE/IGCSE/International schools)

Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

Creative, patient, empathetic, and child-centered

Familiarity with digital teaching tools and basic computer skills

Remuneration:
As per school norms and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
