**RTS Marketing**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Research: Conduct independent and collaborative research in the field of marketing. Publish research findings in reputable academic journals, present at conferences, and contribute to the department's research goals.

2. Teaching: Design and deliver undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses in marketing. Develop syllabi, teaching materials, and assessments that promote student learning and engagement. Provide guidance, mentorship, and academic support to students.

3. Scholarly Activities: Engage in scholarly activities such as organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences related to marketing. Contribute to the academic community by sharing expertise through writing, speaking, and participating in scholarly networks.

4. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the marketing curriculum, ensuring it remains current, relevant, and aligned with industry trends and best practices.

5. Student Advising: Serve as an academic advisor to students, guiding them in their academic and professional development, and helping them make informed choices about their academic paths and career opportunities.

6. Professional Development: Keep current with developments in the field of marketing, maintain industry connections, and seek opportunities for continuous professional development.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues within the department and across disciplines to foster a collaborative and interdisciplinary academic environment.

8. Research Grants: Pursue research grants and funding opportunities to support research initiatives and projects.

9. Service: Serve on departmental and university committees and engage in service activities that contribute to the institution's mission and objectives.

**Qualifications**:
1. Doctorate Degree: Masters or A Ph.D. in Marketing or a closely related field is required.

2. Teaching Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching marketing courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.

3. Research Track Record: A strong record of research publications in reputable academic journals, with evidence of scholarly contributions to the field of marketing.

4. Industry Experience: Practical experience or engagement with marketing-related industries is desirable.

5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

6. Mentoring and Advising: A commitment to student mentoring, advising, and academic support.

7. Collaborative Skills: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a collegial departmental environment.

8. Professional Associations: Membership in relevant professional associations.
