**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and repair **leakages**, **clogged drains**, and **burst pipes** in flats and society areas.
- Install, maintain, and repair **pumps, valves, taps, water tanks, geysers, flush tanks**, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Handle **new plumbing installations** during renovations or construction within the society.
- Regularly check and maintain the **main water supply line**, **borewell**, **water motors**, **sump tanks**, and **overhead tanks**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **low water pressure** or **no water supply** complaints.
- Maintain and clean **drainage lines, manholes, and rainwater harvesting systems**.
- Keep **daily records** of work done and materials used.
- Follow safety protocols and coordinate with other maintenance staff (electricians, cleaners, etc.).
- Be available for **emergency plumbing situations** after hours if needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
