Overview:
STATEMENT:
The job holder has accountability for In-process quality and compliance system at the Herbalife India ensuring smooth operations. He / She is also responsible for Document control, change initiative, QIP, Quality objectives, Food safety and Quality system, Risk based approach, Trend analysis, deviation handling, supplier RCA and CAPA.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Manufacturing, GSS, Warehouse Management, GRA, R&D, QC

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree OR a combination of 0 to 2 years manufacturing experience with quality assurance.
- A flexible schedule/ability to work additional hours as needed.
- Good communication skills (oral and written)

Roles & Responsibility:

- Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.
- Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
- Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints.
- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.

**Skills**:

- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Computer skills, including database management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
- Professional certification in Internal auditor.
- Understanding of Quality systems ISO 9001/ISO 22000/ FSSAI /Risk Assessment, HACCP implementation, Incident management, recall management, risk-based approach, PDCA, conducting Internal Audits and exposure for HAZOP/HACCP/Food Safety systems is desirable.

**Experience**:
0 to 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance function in food/ Dairy/ Nutrition industry.
