Production Merchandiser

**Responsibilities**
Follow-up with fabric department for:
Sourcing of new fabrics to send to buyer for selection.
Sampling fabric prices, orders & deliveries
Bulk production fabric prices, orders & delivers
Costing in co-ordination with Managing Merchandiser.
Follow-up with Factory (Masters and Production Officers)for:
New styles/proton developments
Sales sampling status
Production approval samples
Pre-production approval samples
Production / Order Status
Inspection reports
Follow-ups for new embroideries as per Buyer's requirements.
Follow-up with Trims Departments and Suppliers for new developments & Bulk accessories.
Follow with Store for accessories.
Follow with Factory for Bulk production
To recheck samples before sending it to Buyer for approval.
To carry out Production planning & scheduling in Co-ordination with Vice President, Purchase Department & Production Department.
Shipments follow-ups with Shipment Department.
Daily Correspondence with Buyer regarding approvals/comments, Samples approvals/ comments, pricing, Order detailing, production approvals, Specification approvals and deliveries.
L/C follow-up with buyer.
- Experience required: Minimum of 2-7years of relevant experience in production
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
- Previous experience of Hi Fashion Industry preferred.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tardeo, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Garment Industry: 2 years (required)
