We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Journalism Intern to join our editorial team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of journalism. You will work closely with our experienced reporters and editors, contributing to various aspects of the news production process.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with research and fact-checking for news stories and feature articles.
- Gathering information, conducting interviews, and developing story ideas.
- Write and edit articles, blog posts, and other content as assigned. Participate in editorial meetings and provide input on story development.
- Help with social media management and audience engagement.
- Assist in the preparation of multimedia content, including photos and videos.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of research and source materials.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and managing press contacts.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
- Familiarity with news writing standards and ethical journalism practices.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms.
- Basic multimedia tools and software knowledge are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for current events and a passion for journalism.
