Immediate Joiners required for the position of **Admin Executive.**
**Required Skills**:

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate Degree
Salary : 15K to 25K
Key Responsibilities:
- **Office Management**: Supervise and maintain the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- **Documentation**: Manage and organize company documents, records, and files, creating and maintaining filing systems.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate schedules and appointments for executives and other team members.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes.
- **Supervision**: Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed.
- **Resource Management**: Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure smooth functioning.
- **Problem Solving**: Address administrative issues and solve problems as they arise.
- **Reception Duties**: Greet guests, customers, and employees, provide information to visitors, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- **Housekeeping**: Assist in office maintenance and repairs, manage staff meal vouchers, and handle housekeeping tasks.
- **IT Support**: Coordinate IT services, manage equipment, and assist with technical issues.
- **HR Support**: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks.
- **Event Planning**: Organize and manage company events, including logistics, luncheon arrangements, and travel plans.
- **Supplier Management**: Manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and reduce supplier risks.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
