Shree Bihari Foods Pvt Ltd, renowned for its Shree Besan Brand, holds a leading position in Haryana, Delhi, Punjab, H.P. Uttrakhand, U.P. etc states. The company has recently expanded its operations in Bihar and eastern region. The company is seeking to fill roles Sales Officers for South Bihar, and Kosi region of Bihar.

Role Description.

We are recruiting full time Sales Officers. The primary responsibilities of this role includes:

- Developing the market for our gram flour (besan) product in the given area.
- Developing a robust distribution network through collaboration with Distributors and Wholesalers.
- Conducting comprehensive market research and devising effective sales strategies to compete with other brands.
- Implementing sales forecasting and promotional activities.
- Executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Nurturing strong customer relations.
- Demonstrating ability to work independently, and as a part of a team with mínimal supervision.

Qualifications:

- Age 28 to 32 years.
- A minimum 5 years experience of sales in fmcg supported by a good track record of meeting sales targets.
- Good communication skills with an outgoing personality.
- Expertise in quickly establishing rapport with customers.
- Ability to actively listen and handle complaints and rejections with patience and composure.
- Demonstrated skill in presenting both, oneself and the brand, emphasizing its qualities to customers.
- A commitment to honest and ethical behavior, fostering long lasting trust.
- A willingness to travel as needed.

Remuneration:
Monthly salary around Rs30000
- Additional incentives based on sales performance.
