TELE CALLER/ INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Job Description for Tele calling:
Tele calling involves making phone calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services, handle inquiries, and provide support.

Responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls to prospects or customers as per the provided list or database.

Introducing and promoting products/services to potential customers.

Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing details to interested parties.

Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information.

Resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Maintaining a record of all interactions and updating customer databases.

Following up with potential leads or customers to nurture relationships.

Achieving sales targets or other performance metrics set by the company.

Collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Note: Tele calling positions may have additional tasks or specific requirements depending on the company and industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
