- Manage Incoming and outgoing phone calls providing relevant information or directing calls to appropriate departments.
- Handle inquiries provide information and respond to inquiries from clients and visitors.
- Escort visitors, ensure security compliance, provide guidance and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation and office supply management.
- Collaborate with colleagues and departments, communicate effectively and foster a positive team environment.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments and handle incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries.
- Support office staff with various clerical duties as needed, collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
- Overall, the role requires good communication, organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills to efficiently manage various responsibilities and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
