**Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer**

**Location**: Ahmedabad (Onsite)
**Experience**: 2-4 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces using **Figma**.
- Develop responsive web designs with **HTML and CSS**, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Work closely with developers to bring designs to life while maintaining usability and functionality.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, and develop interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine the user experience.
- Optimize design elements for web and mobile platforms.
- (Bonus) Create engaging **2D/3D animations** to enhance UI interactions and visual storytelling.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in **UI/UX design** with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in **Figma, HTML, and CSS**.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability testing.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- (preferred) Experience with **2D/3D animation tools** like After Effects, Spline, Lottie, or Blender.
