Role Overview

**We are looking for**:

- Someone to follow good engineering practices in order to ensure reliability for smooth & seamless function of the equipment of entire plant.
- Planning, execution and documentation of preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of the equipment.

**We count on you for**:

- Implement and maintain good engineering practices of Maintenance.
- To impart training and create awareness among team of technicians and workers on modern practices to foster skill set
- To foresight all preventive & predictive maintenance & attending the breakdown maintenance in line with modern practices.
- Implement modern practices for the use of spares for equipment.
- Create awareness about modern practices among personnel in the maintenance department.
- Make use of modern practices for Reliability improvement in line with expectations form plant.
- 5s Execution in function
- To take lead in root cause analysis of major jobs.
- To suggest continuous improvement in day-to-day working and encourage team to give suggestions and lead implementation of actions.
- To keep history record of equipment.
- Analyse and revise of current documentation to align with of modern practices.
- To lead Daily Plant Inspection program, managing and analysing the data, and track action plan.
- To maintain documents and follow guidelines as per ISO 9001: 2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 standards

- This will help to analysis the number of breakdowns. How it will reduce by following modern practices.
- To train shop floor people about good engineering practices
- To find out cause of failure and corrective and preventive action To discuss within team to find out correct
