We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to oversee and manage research activities, ensuring smooth operations and successful project execution. The Research Coordinator will play a key role in training and mentoring Research Assistants, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their tasks effectively. This role also involves maintaining clear communication with management by providing daily updates on research progress, challenges, and milestones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee daily research activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Train and guide Research Assistants on research methodologies, protocols, and data collection techniques.
- Monitor the quality and accuracy of data collected by the research team.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to management detailing project status, progress, and any issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines in all research activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage research documentation, including study protocols, data records, and reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any challenges encountered during the research process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
