**Job Summary**

We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Residential Clinical Psychologist holding an MA in Clinical Psychology. The role involves conducting psychological assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to promote holistic rehabilitation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, counsellors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on mental health and recovery processes
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in clinical psychology
- Participate actively in staff meetings and training programs

**Qualifications**
- Mandatory: MA in Clinical Psychology (RCI registration preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation or clinical psychology setting
- Strong therapeutic and assessment skills aligned with rehabilitation goals
- Ability to work full-time and residentially at Karjat or Pune centers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
