**Brief Description about the Project**

A Multicentre multi-method study for development and Validation of a Deprescribing Tool, followed by Implementation and evaluation of its impact, facilitators and barriers.

The study will be done in three main steps
- 1. Formative research using Systematic/Rapid Review, Mixed methods study and a qualitative study. The intervention components will be then prioritized using Delphi process and will be locally customised.

2. The IP will be evaluated through a cluster RCT for effectiveness, implementation research outcomes and cost effectiveness.

3. In this step, we will disseminate the findings and learnings of the study through symposia’s and we will conduct effective policy dialogues with key stakeholders

**Salary**: Rs. 101600/- ( Including HRA)

**Preferred Qualifications**:MBBS + Post Graduate Degree (MD /DNB).

**Age Limit**: Not more than 40 years of age.

**Experience**:

- Two to three years’ experience in Clinical and /or public health research in a recognized institute/hospital
- Good Knowledge in Clinical data collection, including interviews/surveys
- Experience of working in Public Health/Medical Research Projects

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Involved in selection of sites and training, regulatory approvals, development of study tools, quality assessment, site contract, and communications with steering committee members, & sites. Overall coordination, data management.
