**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- To generate leads & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the process.
- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate business opportunities for the company's products and services.
- To set up and deliver presentations, product/service demonstrations.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the pitch to time-bound closure.
- To be an interface between the client and internal support teams to ensure that the Client Receives the best possible service from the company.
- Ensure adherence to about requirements.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
Experience - 1 year minimum as Client Aquisition BDE for recruitment & Staffing firm
