**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information about products, including benefits and usage.
- **Sales**: Achieve sales targets by employing effective sales techniques such as cross-selling and up-selling. Encourage repeat purchases by building strong customer relationships.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all Namomonk products, including new arrivals and promotions. Educate customers on the benefits of using our cosmetics and Ayurvedic products.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized. Assist in inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Arrange product displays to attract customer attention.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- **Customer Feedback**: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively. Gather customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication skills**:Must be fluent in English and Hindi/Telugu.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics or Ayurvedic products.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- **Personal Attributes**: Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about selfcare and wellness. Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
