**Key Responsibilities**:

**Patient Counseling**: Offer clear and concise medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns, and promoting adherence to prescribed therapies.

**Medication Safety**: Monitor medication storage, maintain proper inventory, and ensure the safe handling of pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory standards.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with healthcare providers to address medication-related issues, participate in healthcare teams, and contribute to patient care plans.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including medication profiles, interventions, and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and disease management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and computer systems.
