**We are a USA Based, privately owned trucking company looking for an experienced planner/Dispatcher to help manage our Growing company and this can be your chance to lead a team for a fast growing Company. We are looking for bright, smart and passionate individuals to join our team.**
- **This is not a Work from home Job. Office is in Mohali. Office hours will be 8am-5pm (USA Eastern Time Zone).**_

**Responsibilities**
- Booking loads and dispatching as per truck requirements.
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout the day to make sure shipment is on the right track.
- Ensure the Driver has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load.
- Maintain a respectful attitude when dealing with drivers, brokers.
- Making invoices and submitting invoices for payment.

**Skills**:

- Basic computer skills. MS Word, Excel, Transport Management Software (preferred), etc. Basic mathematical skills required. Must have excellent verbal communication skills, both written and verbal. Good hold on American accent. “Be confident”.
- Minimum 6months of work Experience in a USA based companies.
- Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.

Job type: Full time ( 8am-5pm US timings) 6 days

**Salary**: INR30,000 to INR75000 per month

Experience : 5 year ++ preferred,

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
