**UI/UX Designer - Job Description**

**Job Location : Bangalore**

**Experience **:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects with a focus on user experience and visual design.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion design and animation.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
