The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual content that communicates ideas, inspires, and captivates our target audience. They will work closely with the marketing, branding, or creative team to develop and execute design concepts for various projects, including but not limited to print materials, digital assets, social media graphics, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually appealing and effective design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, both print and digital.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines, maintaining consistency in colors, typography, and overall visual identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and product teams, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Interact with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their design needs, gather feedback, and provide updates on project progress.
- Proficiently use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) to create and edit visual content.
- Edit and retouch images, ensuring they meet quality and design standards.
- Organize and maintain design files, ensuring easy retrieval and version control.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitor designs, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality.
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with print vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality print output.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 8 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including:

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Figma
- Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects created using these software tools.
- Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with web design and development tools (e.g., HTML, CSS).
- Video editing skills.
- Experience with 3D modelling and rendering.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically works in an office or design studio environment.
- May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
- Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
