**Experience**: 0-5 years (Freshers with strong academic background can apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach core quantitative topics relevant to CAT / Banking including:

- Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
- Deliver high-quality classroom and online sessions.
- Conduct regular quizzes, assignments, and mock tests to track student progress.
- Analyze student performance and provide feedback and guidance.
- Support students with problem-solving strategies, shortcuts, and exam temperament.
- Coordinate with the academic and counseling teams for test analysis and improvement plans.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mathematics / Engineering / Statistics / Management or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience for IPMAT, CAT, or similar aptitude-based exams (preferred).
- Strong grasp of fundamental and advanced math concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and connect with students of varied aptitude levels.
- Familiarity with the exam pattern and past trends of IPMAT (Indore, Rohtak, etc.).

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience at a reputed coaching institute.
- Comfort with digital teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms.
- Ability to teach Logical Reasoning and DI (an added advantage).
