**Job Overview**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresher to join our Quality Control team. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of products through inspections, testing, and compliance with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform quality checks and inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Document test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance issues.
- Assist in maintaining and updating QC documentation and procedures.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure adherence to industry and company standards.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the QC lab/equipment.
- Participate in training sessions to understand QC protocols and best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of quality control concepts and tools (training will be provided).
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
